Dear Saint Euphrasia Families,
The St. Euphrasia PTC would like to welcome you to the 2009-2010 school year. This year should prove exciting and productive for our children, faculty and the Parent Teacher Council (PTC). The PTC is comprised of you, the parents of Saint Euphrasia School. As representatives of the parent community, the PTC Board plans, coordinates and produces fundraising events to benefit our children’s education. Please keep in mind that the board members of the PTC are volunteers and we thank them for their generous commitment and time.
Thank you to those families who attended the Welcome Back Brunch! It was great to see the returning families and to meet all our new families. Hopefully you were all able to sign up for a fund-raising activity or for school-related volunteer hours. You will be contacted in the near future by a PTC Board Member and/or Event Chairperson for whatever event(s) you signed up for.
The fundraising goal for 2009-2010 is $100,000.00. Last year, we raised a GRAND TOTAL of $95,276. We are very grateful for your participation amidst these challenging times. These tremendous results were only obtained due to all the participation and generous gifts of time and finances of our school families; YOU are the true heroes for our students here at St. Euphrasia School. Thank you!!!
Our first fundraiser: Gift-Wrap has begun. Orders will be due September 23rd. Each family goal is $150.00 with 50% going toward your commitment. Chairperson for this event is Patty Adams 818-421-4183.
There are may fundraising events scheduled for this year. Please review the Fundraisers list on the school website for details of all fundraisers that have been scheduled for this year, so far. It is the goal of the PTC to provide you with multiple ways to meet your family PTC Commitment. Please feel free to participate in the fundraisers that are best suited for your family. This way, you will more easily meet your obligation. Remember, you are NOT required to participate in all of our fundraisers. PTC Commitment for 2009-10 remains at $550.00
