This is the PTC’s largest fundraiser for the school year.
Your participation is essential in making this event a success.
How to Participate
The following are your family opportunities for participation. (Participate in as many as you want):
- DONATE Live and Silent Auction items.
- Give a CASH or CHECK donation at the General PTC meeting on October 5, 2010. In addition to PTC commitment credit, you will receive service volunteer credit (Amount TBD).
- Volunteer for one or more of the many auction service opportunities.
- Purchase an Advertisement in the Auction Catalog.
- Use the solicitation letter and SOLICIT BUSINESSES directly for auction items.
