be cancelled due to paving on the yard.
You may bring your supplies that day. Your teacher is looking forward to seeing

NEW PARENT VISIT WITH
MRS. BLAIR…
All of our new parents are invited to a special
visit with Mrs. Blair during the “Welcome Back Coffee” on Sept. 1st. She will go over topics of interest and
answer any questions you may have.
Please plan on joining us! We

THE
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL…
Dear Parents,
Here are a few reminders regarding the first day of school, Wednesday, Sept. 1 2010:
1) The hours for the 1st week of school (Sept. 1-3) K-8
are 7:55am to 12:25pm.
Remember to send a
hearty snack! Daycare is available, send
a lunch if staying.
Full days resume Tues., Sept. 7 for Gr. K-8. NO SCHOOL on Mon., Sept. 6, Labor Day.
2) All students are to be in uniform the first
day of school.
3) THE
FOLLOWING FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN ON THE FIRST
DAY OF
SCHOOL
TO THE TEACHER:
*SUMMER WORK PACKETS must be turned in to
the teacher to get credit.

Lists are online also.)
*HOT LUNCH/MILK ORDERS Will begin serving hot lunch & milk on Tues., Sept. 7.
*MEDICATION & PERMISSION FORMS
If your child uses an inhaler or needs to keep medicine in the Health Room to take
during school, you will need to turn in the Permission Forms & bring the medication.
*ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR E MAIL.
4) Please use the CARLINE PROCEDURE when dropping off
& picking up your child.
5) The Parent/Teacher
Council will hold their annual "Welcome
Back Coffee"
in the Parish Hall all morning for new
parents to meet returning parents.
This is a good opportunity for asking
questions, signing up for Service Hours and
PTC Committees, forming
carpools and getting to know each other in general.
There will be some
parking on the lower yard from 7:30 a.m – 9:30 a.m.
All cars must
vacate the parking lot by 9:30 a.m. for recess!
6) The Family
Envelope will be sent home the first day with the oldest child in
your family. Please read the contents & return the forms
in the envelope right away.
The office will be open
in August, from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 noon.
